COMPOSITION OF THE ENAMEL OR PAINT FOR POOLS OF TILES, TILES OR PVC

Two-component system based on a crosslinked hydroxylated acrylic resin system with aliphatic polyisocyanates.

WHERE TO USE THE ENAMEL OR PAINT FOR TILES AND TILES?

Paint to change the appearance of the tiles in your POOL, without having to make major reforms.

Paint indicated to protect and decorate all kinds of metal supports, wood, glass, tiles, some plastic PVC surfaces, also on light metals (Aluminum, galvanized, etc. ..).

HOW TO USE DECORATIVE PAINT OR ENAMEL FOR TILES AND TILES?

-Remove the material very well, the surfaces to be painted must be dry, clean and consistent

Mix the two components and homogenize the contents of the container, stirring thoroughly.

Let stand for about five minutes, and then dilute conveniently with polyurethane solvent.

We recommend waiting between 24 and 72 hours, after emptying the pool, for a perfect drying of the pool, before painting.

 And wait again between 5 days and two weeks, after painting or varnishing it to refill the pool with water, for a correct application. (The longer we can leave it drying, the better)

-The surfaces to be painted must be free of dust, lime, grease and old, well-dried paints.

-If the surface is not very porous, it is recommended to wear it with a chemical or mechanical abrasive for the perfect anchorage of the paint. (Especially in the case of ceramic tiles)

-Homogenize the contents of the container by stirring thoroughly.

-The application can be done with a brush, roller (we recommend a roller with a hair pole)

In the case of ceramic tiles and gresites, should be applied a first coat of i epoxy mprimación to the solvent for non - porous surfaces.

-First coat, and will be applied by spreading the paint well, to avoid thick layers, diluted between 20% and 25% with polyurethane solvent.

- The second coat diluted to 10% in case of ceramic tiles and gresites

-It is recommended to apply a third coat in case of major leaks, when a perfect waterproofing is desired

-To achieve a good adhesion between layers, it is not necessary to allow more than 24 hours to elapse, but the layers must be allowed to dry well, to avoid the appearance of bubbles or blisters.

-Allow to dry properly before painting and before embalming with water (minimum 72 hours) We recommend waiting 7 days before filling it

UNPAINTED SURFACES

On clean and degreased surfaces, eliminating any presence of oxidation.

For any other support: Consult.

PAINTED SURFACES

In good condition.- Clean of fats, oils, dirt, to later apply as needed.

In poor condition.- Remove the paint in poor condition and proceed to apply our product.  

 
PRECAUTIONS WHEN USING TWO COMPONENT POLYURETHANE DECORATIVE ENAMEL OR PAINT PAINT.

If you have the pool painted with chlorinated rubber or acrylic solvent paint, this paint may remove old paint.

You must always repaint with two-component polyurethane paint, (another type of paint, it will not have the strength to grip in this paint)

TO PAINT FIBERGLASS POOLS, YOU MUST SAND IT BEFORE AND OPEN THE PORE.

Carry out good ventilation and have a good extraction system.
Use activated carbon mask, safety glasses and protective gloves during application.

Do not apply thick layers

Let the paint dry between layers, so that no blisters or bubbles appear.

We recommend not painting in the central hours of the day. in order not to cause a very fast drying when the support is very hot. (Best to apply first thing in the morning)

Avoid applying with a very high relative humidity in the environment or with pink, contact with water, prevents a perfect anchoring of the paint

It should not be mixed or diluted with any other product or substance since the base characteristics can be altered.
