GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.- GENERAL:

These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by ANGAR, (Begoña Antolín Tello) with CIF25447016T, destined for natural persons.

Any order placed with Angar necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of Angar, in force on the day on which the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions is brought to his attention by Angar. The fact that Angar does not resort at a given time to any of these conditions cannot be interpreted as, nor will it be equivalent to, renouncing the right to resort to them in the future or in the past.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that result from them, shall be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to this.

The services offered by Angar may be contracted by any users who meet the requirements established in these Conditions and Contract and Legal Notice, available at all times on the website www.comprarpintura.biz.

PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT.- The purpose of the contract is to regulate the general conditions of the service offered by Angar. The services that Angar currently provides and that are the subject of this contract are the Virtual Store for the sale of paint products and accessories. Access to the information is completely free, while the service of purchasing products is onerous, specifying at all times the current prices of the product, shipping and tax charges.
CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION - The data entered by the customer to make a purchase or to make a suggestion, through the form established for this purpose, are those entered by the customer. All data included in it have been entered directly by the customer, so the responsibility for the authenticity of the same corresponds directly and exclusively to the customer. TERMS OF SERVICE. - The commercial conditions of this service and the offers that may be carried out by Angar will always appear on the website www.pinturasangar.es, and can be consulted, archived or printed. Angar reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time, as well as any other document displayed on the website.

2.- PRICES:

The prices published on pinturasangar.es are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices are VAT-exclusive, applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale on pinturasangar.es.

Due to their special tax regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered extra-community territories.

Offers on products for sale at pinturasangar.es will be displayed in the "Offers" section or will be indicated on the product sheet and, unless otherwise indicated, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

3.- DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHODS:

When placing the order, the customer can freely choose to pay for purchases made on pinturasangar.es by:

Bank Transfer - Bank transfer is a completely secure payment process, since it is the client who deposits the money, receiving a receipt of the transaction. Said receipt may be requested to be sent to Angar, if necessary.

When placing the order, the computer will display a screen where Angar's bank details will appear so that the customer can make the transfer.

Credit and Debit Card.- Virtual POS.- With Card.- We have a Virtual POS service, with SERVIRED network, and REDSYS network so that the client can pay with their credit card.

Visa and MasterCard have developed a system for making secure payments on the Internet. The Secure Electronic Commerce system is based on the card issuer (bank or savings bank) identifying the cardholder before authorizing the payment on the Internet. Your card details and password are protected by this security system from the moment they are entered. This window is beyond Angar's control, and any incident that may arise with it is the responsibility of the issuer, who must contact said entity.

4.- PRODUCT:

Angar is responsible for the reliability, truthfulness and accuracy of the content, data or information regarding the products offered on our website www.pinturasangar.es, unless these have been modified by third parties, whether or not related to the organization, without express authorization from the company.

Offers presented by ANGAR are valid within the limits of available stocks. Angar reserves the right to modify the range of products depending on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products for sale are only indicative and do not in any way commit Angar. Please note that the colours are not exactly the same as those displayed on your computer screen. This will depend greatly on the quality of your computer's graphics card, the light, etc.

We guarantee the quality of our products in accordance with our general sales and supply conditions.

Our technical advice on use, whether expressed verbally, in writing or in tests, is provided in accordance with our current knowledge and experience.

These are simple indications that do not compromise our responsibility, nor do they exempt you from the need to verify for yourselves that the products we supply correspond to the procedures and objectives sought by you, carrying out your own controls and tests.

The application and use of the products are beyond our control and, consequently, depend exclusively on your personal responsibility, and we cannot be held responsible for results other than those reflected here.

Our safety recommendations do not prevent you from determining your own measures, adapted to the conditions of your facilities.

We reserve the right to change the data contained herein without prior notice, based on technological developments.

Technical advice for the use and employment of our products is given according to our best knowledge and information, the result of tests carried out in our laboratories and our experience gathered over the years serving the customer.

ANGAR will not be held responsible for problems caused by incorrect application or misuse of our products.

5.- SHIPMENTS:

For detailed information on the process, please read the SHIPPING section , where we explain in detail the entire process of preparing and shipping material and the transit times.

As general rules:

The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer when registering on pinturasangar.es.
There will be no orders being shipped or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
However, any delay will not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation.
An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.

Orders are shipped with transport insurance. If your shipment is damaged or has been damaged during transport (which you can easily see from the state of the packaging when you receive it, or you should check it before signing the delivery note), you must indicate the anomalies on the carrier's delivery note, requiring the carrier to sign it with you. Claims will not be accepted after 24 hours from receipt of the goods, nor if the possible anomalies are not recorded on the delivery note. We ask that you contact us if you have any questions about the state of your delivery.

6.- RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

6.1 Return instructions for goods:

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at pinturasangar.es within 14 days from the date of receipt.

These instructions establish when the customer has the right to return purchased products and which products cannot be returned to Angar.

They also explain the steps you need to take so that we can efficiently process your refund.

In no case will the money be returned (unless the products are defective) and a Purchase Voucher will be generated that you can use in our online store.

6.2 Cancellation of orders:

If the order is cancelled before the goods have been shipped, the customer will not incur any costs. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the costs of returning the same order.

8.-CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE STORE:

For the purposes set forth in these general conditions, any person, Internet user who purchases through the network any of the products or services offered on the website, choosing one of the payment methods detailed in different payment methods, will be considered a user.

Record.

The use of the services of pinturasangar.es is not generally conditioned to the prior registration of the user, however, and when so arranged, the registration will be carried out in a manner expressly indicated in the service itself.

The user agrees to use the content and/or elements accessed through the services of pinturasangar.es for his/her own use and needs and not to make any direct or indirect commercial use of them. The user agrees to use the website respecting such rights.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES. LIABILITY

Availability and continuity of service.

Angar does not guarantee the availability, access and continuity of the operation of the website and its services. It will not be liable, within the limits established in current legislation, for any damages caused to the user as a result of the unavailability, access failures and lack of continuity of pinturasangar.es and its services.

Angar shall not be liable for any damages or losses of any kind that may be caused to the detriment of users by the use of browsers or versions other than those for which the Portal has been designed, or for any damages that may arise from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system, caused by reasons beyond the control of Angar, from delays or blockages in the use of this Internet system or in other electronic systems, or from damages that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate interference. Likewise, Angar is exonerated from liability for any damage or loss that the user may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information and information provided by the store.

Responsibility for services.

Angar will be solely and exclusively responsible for the services it provides itself and for the content directly created by us. This responsibility will be excluded in cases where there are causes of force majeure or in cases where the configuration of the equipment is not adequate to allow the correct use of the Internet services provided by Angar.

Angar does not control in advance and does not guarantee the absence of viruses and other elements in the contents and services provided by third parties through pinturasangar.es that may introduce alterations in the computer system, electronic documents or files of users.

The user acknowledges and accepts that any contractual or extra-contractual relationship that may be established with advertisers or third parties contacted through pinturasangar.es is understood to be carried out solely and exclusively between the user and the advertiser or third parties. Consequently, the user accepts that Angar has no liability for damages or losses of any kind caused by negotiations, conversations and/or contractual or extra-contractual relationships with advertisers or third parties, natural or legal, contacted through pinturasangar.es.

9.-CUSTOMER DATA: REGISTRATION, MODIFICATION AND DATA PROTECTION:

To make purchases in our store or access certain services, you must register your personal details and choose a password that will allow you to access all those areas that require prior identification. This will prevent you from having to fill them in again in the future. When you register, your personal details are incorporated into our database and will be used only to process the order.

Angar, with contact email address info@pinturasangar.es, informs users and clients of the firm (hereinafter "Users") about its personal data protection policy. In this way, users freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide Angar with the personal data that may be required of them or that may be obtained from users on the occasion of commercial relations, completion of forms and surveys offered on our website.

The company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy based on any legislative, jurisprudential or self-regulatory developments that may occur.
