1.- GENERAL:

These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by ANGAR, (Luis García Liesa) with CIF17724163H, for natural persons.

Every order made to Angar necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of Angar, valid on the day the corresponding order is made. • OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT .- The purpose of the contract is to regulate the general conditions of the service offered by Angar. The services that Angar currently provides and which are the subject of this contract are the Virtual Store selling paint products and accessories. The access to the information is completely free, while the service of purchase of products is onerous, specifying at all times, the current prices of the product, shipping and tax charges.
• CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION .- Whose data entered to make the purchase or to make any suggestions, through the form established for this purpose, are those that have been entered by him. Angar reserves the right to modify at any time the present General Conditions of Sale as well as any other document exposed on the website.

2.- PRICES:

The prices published in comprarpintura.biz, are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices are WITHOUT VAT included, applicable on the day of the order, any change of VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale in comprarpinta.biz.

Due to its special tax regime, the geographic areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered extra-community territories.

As general rules:

3. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
4. However, your delay will not imply any cancellation of the order, nor any compensation.
