RETURN POLICY

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

These instructions establish when the customer has the right to return products purchased at Tiendas de Pinturas Angar.

They also explain the steps you must follow so that we can effectively process your refund. Remember: If you want to return a product, make sure you have the right to do so.

 

These instructions do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

 

1.- If you have changed your mind.- (Retail Trade Regulation Law).

If you have purchased a product for private use as a consumer (as opposed to commercial use) and wish to return it to us, you must inform us of this, by email to atencioncliente@comprarpintura.biz , within a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment. .

The shipping costs corresponding to the return of the products will be the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for return packages that do not arrive at our warehouses, so we advise you to use a company that can certify the delivery of the package..

 

However,  it is NOT allowed to return the following.

a) Product delivered sealed and unused and whose seal is broken, or in poor condition with scratches or deterioration, or missing accessories.

b) Product manufactured according to your color specification or clearly "customized". (Tintometric colors, Ral color chart, Ncs), and expressly made colors, according to your choice, choosing a color in the product attributes when placing the order.

 

Once the products are received and verified by our staff that the product is in the same condition in which it was sent, (we recommend correct packaging to ensure its transportation without damage), Angar Paint Store will issue a full refund of the price of the products. , in a voucher that you can use in our online store.  The refund will NOT include the costs of shipping the material.

 

2.-Products received in error, incomplete or defective delivery.

Contact atencioncliente@comprarpintura.biz , by email or by phone as soon as possible (within a maximum period of 1 month from receipt of the product) IF:

a) We have sent you a product by mistake.

b) Your shipment is not complete.

c) The products are damaged or have been lost during the journey (The deterioration of the merchandise must be indicated on the receipt note along with the carrier's signature, in order to claim it from the transport insurance).

 

In these cases, we will take care of replacing your product or completing your order, as the case may be.

You can also request a refund of the amount of your order including shipping costs.

1. ENTER YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

 

 

Enter your customer area with the email and password you registered. If you do not remember it, you can request a password change and you will receive an email to do so or you can contact us

 Access the "Order History" section of your account.

 

2. OPEN RETURN REQUEST


  1. Select the order from which you want to return an item. Position yourself above the order on which you wish to make the return and clicking on "DETAILS" or "ORDER AGAIN" on the right side of the line.
  2. Select the product(s) you wish to return by checking the checkbox next to its name(s).
  3. Add the quantity you need to return (in case more than one product needs to be returned).
  4. (optional) Add an explanation, so that the store team can better understand why the customer wants to return this product.
  5. Click on "Request a return" .



 

When you send the product/s return form, the after-sales department will contact you via email to indicate the steps to follow.

 

From that moment on, within your customer account in our online store, you can track the return in the Returns section on the left of your menu.

 

3. PACKAGE YOUR ORDER

 

 

When requesting the return, you will receive an email with all the instructions and steps to follow to prepare the package.

 

4. WE PROCEED WITH THE REFUND

 

 

Once we have received the merchandise and it has been checked, verifying that it meets the requirements, we will proceed with the completion of the return process.

You can exercise your right of return by sending the product by your own means. Although it is always advisable to follow the indicated steps depending on the case.

 

If you proceed to refund the money, the procedure is as follows:
