SHIPPING BETWEEN 2 AND 7 WORKING DAYS (Depends on stock and location)
Packages are usually sent the day after payment confirmation, through a transport company, with shipping tracking. Only in the case of bank transfer your order can be delayed, in this case the delivery period will start counting from the day of receipt in our account of the transfer income (please note that it will not be effective until 48 hours after have done it after receipt of the receipt).

To know the EXACT PRICE of your transport it is necessary to REGISTER , because the system calculates the freight automatically, depending on the delivery area and the kilos of the shipment.

Shipments to the Peninsula, France and Germany, are made by transport agency, with very negotiated prices, and the customer will pay the exact amount of the cost of shipping, our company does not charge any kind of surcharge. Select CALLIZO Transportation
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, will be made by ship, since ADR material (dangerous goods) or paint cannot travel by plane. S elect Post Carrier.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, or shipments without VAT, the price of the shipment will include the price of the shipment in the customs of the peninsula, but will remain pending payment, the processing at the customs of the island , and the payment of taxes corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla of its population, which must be paid at Customs, before the material is sent.
For shipments over 30 kg, for the islands, please contact us to try to negotiate a cheaper price at that time.
If the purchase exceeds 200 kg, in any national shipment, please contact us, before making the purchase, to negotiate a cheaper shipping.

Only the weight of the whole order is charged, not including packaging.
Transportation agencies, as a rule, do not notify before going to your delivery address. They only make two delivery attempts.
ORDER PREPARATION AND SHIPPING PROCESS
At the time you place the order, your order will be processed automatically and will go to the preparation department, where it will be packaged and prepared in packed and sealed boxes, if necessary. At that time you will receive an email, indicating that your order has been accepted and is being prepared.
Our preparation schedule is from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and depending on the time your order is placed, it can be sent the next day or the same day of the payment confirmation.
When the merchandise leaves our warehouses, you will receive another email from ANGAR Paint Shop, informing you that your order is being sent and that the transit time will be between 3 and 7 business days , depending on the destination area , in that email, we will detail approximately the day of receipt of the order. It is not possible to specify the exact time of delivery.
If for reasons attributable to the buyer the merchandise could not be delivered within the established period, all the expenses caused by the report of the merchandise to our dependencies will be borne by the client, as well as the subsequent re-shipment of the same.
From Angar paint shop, we will keep a personal track of the shipment, and if any incident arises, we will contact you to inform you of it and to solve it.
Orders travel covered with transport insurance . In the event that your shipment presents blows or damage due to transport (which you can easily appreciate by the condition of the packaging at the time of receipt, or you must check it), you must indicate the anomalies on the delivery note of the carrier, demanding that you sign together with you, claims will not be accepted after 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise, nor, if the possible delivery anomalies do not appear on the delivery note. All items will usually be delivered "at street level" at the address provided by the buyer, the transport company not being obliged to upload them to the address itself.
