CHARACTERISTICS AND ADVANTAGES OF THE UNION BRIDGE (UNI LATEX)
Uni-Latex exerts a plasticizing effect in mortar mixtures with cement content. For this reason the mixing water can be reduced, thus improving the mechanical and chemical resistance.
The use of this product in the mortar increases the elasticity, acquiring a consistency that facilitates its application, increasing its impermeability , durability and resistance to cracking.
Its special characteristics allow to maintain the adhesive capacity up to 36 hours, from the moment of its application.
The minimum film formation temperature is 0 ° C.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION OF THE UNION BRIDGES (SIKA TOP 50)
Indicated in the manufacture of self-adhering mortars , for repairs of concrete , pavements and plasters, as well as in screeds with thin mortars .
It is also used as an adherent primer or barrier layer , either in dilution with water or in slurry, for the placement of all types of pavements or in the application of repairs.
As a bridge between concrete and mortar, partition and pillar , new and old concrete, adhesion layer for plastering and plastering, and in general as a connecting bridge on porous supports such as: mortar, plaster, brick, natural stone, etc. .

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE UNION BRIDGE (UNI LATEX) SIKATOP
  • The support must be clean and free of loose or poorly adhered material.
  • It can be applied with a brush, roller or gun.
  • The porous cementitious supports will be improved with water, until saturating the base of application, avoiding the formation of puddles.
  • Homogenize the content of the container stirring thoroughly.
  • Do not apply below 5º C
  • Excellent quality:
  • Adhesion slurry: Dilute the product with water in a 1: 1 ratio, and add the mixture to the cement until the consistency of the slurry is obtained.
  • Repair Mortar : Cement / Sand Ratio 1: 2
  • Uni-Latex / Water Ratio 1: 2
  • Mix until you get the desired consistency.
