Masonry:
If you want to give a first hand to use as a primer, dilute the paint with approx. 20% water. Give one or two hands to homogenize texture and desired coverage.
The masonry surfaces must be dry in order to allow moisture and alkalinity levels to decrease as possible.
On concrete or new cements will have to wait for its full set (30 days approx.)
If the surface is in good condition, remove dust and apply one or two coats of acrylic paint.
If the old surface is in poor condition should be removed loose and friable surfaces, and proceed as in a new surface.
If the old paint is the tail, tempera or lime must be removed or primed with a fixative background.
