FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES OF EPOXY PAINTING TO SOLVENT OF TWO COMPONENTS

The Epoxi Soils enamel provides very decorative finishes, excellent adhesion and great hardness.

It gives the support very good resistance to chemical agents and aggressive environments.

It is manufactured in anti-slip quality by the addition of ceramic spheres of extreme hardness.

This addition does not imply any change in the characteristics of the coating, it does not modify the chemical or mechanical resistances.

It is not advisable to apply it outdoors. It is not advisable to apply epoxy paint on floors where oils are spilled.

HOW DO I HAVE TO APPLY THE PAINT FOR SOILS OF EPOXY TO SOLVENT OF TWO COMPONENTS?

The surface to be painted must be free of dust, grease, old paint and completely dry.

The humidity of the support must be less than 4%

Do not apply below 10ºC

Mix the two components in a 4: 1 ratio and mix the contents of the container thoroughly.

In new pavements it will be necessary to wait for its total setting, approximately 30 days; If the soil is not very porous, a chemical or mechanical treatment must be carried out to open and achieve better adhesion.

The application can be done with brush, roller or air-less.

The first coat will be applied by diluting the product with 5-10% Epoxy solvent.

To achieve good adhesion between layers, do not allow more than 24 hours to elapse.

Use active carbon mask, safety glasses and protective gloves during application.
