Two-component system based on a hydroxylated acrylic resin system
crosslinked with aliphatic polyisocyanates.

CHARACTERISTICS AND ADVANTAGES OF POLYURETHANE PAINTING OR ENAMEL FOR TWO COMPONENTS IRON

Two component system that provides good weather resistance and a very good resistance to ultraviolet light.
Standing out also for its good flexibility, color retention and abrasion resistance, with great covering power.
It provides great hardness and chemical and mechanical resistance.
Top quality paint for a perfect finish for decorating any piece of iron.
With a two-component iron enamel, a yellowish-resistant coating is obtained, with good gloss retention, and excellent resistance to the outside, water and chemical agents.
This iron paint is characterized by its good elasticity and adhesion, even on difficult surfaces, however, it has a very high hardness.
 

 

FIELDS OF APPLICATION OF PAINT OR ENAMEL FOR IRON OF ACRYLIC POLYURETHANE 2C

Indicated to protect and decorate all types of metal supports, wood, glass, some plastic surfaces, also on light metals (Aluminum, galvanized, etc ..).
 Paint that due to its high quality, is especially suitable for lacquering all types of iron. Paint to lacquer radiators, iron windows and doors, tables, chairs and iron benches, both indoor and outdoor.
 

 
HOW DO I HAVE TO APPLY THE INDUSTRIAL POLYURETHANE ENAMEL OF TWO COMPONENTS FOR IRON?

-Remove the material very well, the surfaces to be painted must be dry, clean and consistent.
Mix the two components in a 4: 1 ratio and homogenize the contents of the container, stirring thoroughly.
The application can be done by brush, roller or airless (we recommend for a perfect lacquer, the use of gun or airless).
The first polyurethane enamel for iron will be applied, diluting 25% with polyurethane solvent, and for the next hands it will be diluted with approximately 10%.
 

 
UNPAINTED SURFACES
On clean and degreased surfaces, eliminating any presence of oxidation.
For any other support: Consult.
 
PAINTED SURFACES
In good condition.- Clean of grease, oils, dirt, and then apply according to needs.
In poor condition.- Remove the paint in poor condition and proceed to the application of our product.
 

 

SAFETY AND HYGIENE when applying 2c industrial enamel for iron

Perform good ventilation of the premises and have a good extraction system.
Use active carbon mask, safety glasses and protective gloves during application.
