COMPOSITION OF EPOXI 2C ENAMEL FOR IRON

Two component enamel based on a system of epoxy resins cured with air-dried polyamide adducts.

- Epoxy Enamel has excellent resistance to water, chemical agents and solvents.

- Provides high gloss finishes, great adhesion and extreme hardness.

- Once fully crosslinked, it gives excellent resistance to rubbing.

-Bicomponent epoxy enamel that provides films of great hardness and very good resistance to chemical agents, with excellent adhesion.

WHERE CAN I USE THE TWO COMPONENT IRON IRON ENAMEL?

Due to its properties it is recommended to protect and decorate all types of metal supports.

It is not advisable to apply abroad.

To decorate, protect and renovate, metal furniture such as lamps, beds, tables, chairs, metal furniture, paint locker rooms, etc.

HOW SHOULD I APPLY THE PAINT OR EPOXY ENAMEL FOR 2C IRON?

- The surfaces to be painted must be free of dust, grease and old paints; On new surfaces a first hand is necessary with our Epoxy Primer 2 / comp.

- The humidity of the support must be less than 10%.

- Do not apply at a temperature below 10ºC

- Mix the two components in a 4: 1 ratio and homogenize the contents of the container, stirring thoroughly.

- The application can be done by brush, roller or air-less.

- The first hand will be applied by diluting 25% with our Epoxy Solvent; For subsequent hands do not dilute more than 10%.

- In order to achieve good adhesion between layers, do not allow more than 24 hours to pass.

PRECAUTIONS WHEN APPLYING THE 2C EPOXI ENAMEL FOR IRON

Perform good ventilation of the premises and have a good extraction system.

Use active carbon mask, safety glasses and protective gloves during application.
