DESCRIPTION OF THE VINYL PAINT

Finishing vinyl paint, excellent adhesion on steel and other metals.

Vinyl Paint especially indicated in industrial environments with medium and high chemical aggressiveness.

Vinyl enamel is recommended for the manufacture of surfboards.

- It is a paint very suitable for painting by immersion.

- Due to its satin finish, the films it forms are decorative, so it can be used as a finishing coating indoors.

- It stands out for its speed of drying and repainting.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF VINYL PAINT

-Finish: Satin

- Density: 0.90-1.00 grs/cm3 (slight variations depending on the color)

- Theoretical yield: 8-11 m2/liter

-Drying: 15 minutes to the touch.

- Repainting: 5 hours

-Diluent: Industrial Synthetic Solvent

-Colors: Black and colors

FIELDS OF APPLICATION OF EXTRA FAST DRYING VINYL PAINT

Direct application on metallic support, although if greater anticorrosive resistance is required, they will be previously treated with epoxy or polyurethane primer (in metallic structures, locksmiths, boilers, etc...).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF VINYL ENAMEL

The surfaces to be painted must be free of dust, grease or any other dirt.

In the case of rusty surfaces, remove the corrosion by sanding or brushing with steel spikes, preferably abrasive blasting, subsequently protecting the surface.

- Homogenize the contents of the container by stirring thoroughly with a mechanical stirrer and then adding the appropriate solvent for your application:

-Brush 0-5%

-Roll 0-5%

-Airbrush Gun 20-25%

-Airless spray 10-15%

-Immersion: 10%

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON VINYL PAINTS

The product must be stored in the original container perfectly closed and in places protected from the sun and excessive cold. We recommend temperatures between 5 and 35ºC.

SAFETY AND HYGIENE OF VINYL ENAMEL

Make a good ventilation of the premises and have a good extraction system. Wear active carbon mask, safety glasses and protective gloves during application.

It comes in 4 liter and 16 liter containers.
