Pliolite consolidant

DESCRIPTION OF THE CONSOLIDANT PLIOLITE

Primer based on Pliolite resins and deodorized solvent. Consolidator for silky matt facades based on Pliolite resins, it can be applied on supports with humidity as it is breathable and permeable to water vapour. Indicated for interior and exterior, porous supports such as concrete and already painted degraded surfaces.

Approximate yield: 10-12 m2/liter

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CONSOLIDANT PLIOLITE

Pliolite Primer is characterized by its exceptional adherence, resistance to alkalis and aggressive environments. It has excellent resistance to water, being at the same time permeable to water vapour, so it does not form bubbles or chips.

It fixes supports in poor condition by acting as a union bridge with subsequent applications and excellent penetration power.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION OF THE PLIOLITE PRIMER

Mainly indicated for the preparation and fixation of powdery and porous supports that have degraded over time. To fix and consolidate plaster, tempera and old paintings. As a finishing varnish on porous supports that need to be consolidated.

Its use is suitable both outdoors and indoors. Hardens and seals construction materials with a high penetration power in the support.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE CONSOLIDANT PLIOLITE

- The surfaces to be painted must be free of dust, grease and old paint (in poor condition).

- Homogenize the contents of the container by stirring thoroughly.

- It can be applied with a brush, roller, low pressure equipment or air-less.

- The application will be made to use (on highly absorbent supports) or by diluting 10%.

- Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C and above 40ºC.

- Impregnate the surface well to maximize its fixation.

- It should not be mixed with any other type of paint.

STORAGE OF THE PLIOLITE PRIMER

The product must be stored in the original container perfectly closed and in places protected from the sun and excessive cold. We recommend temperatures between 5 and 35ºC.

SAFETY AND HYGIENE OF THE PLIOLITE CONSOLIDANT

Make a good ventilation of the premises and have a good extraction system. Wear safety glasses and protective gloves during application.
