1.- In which countries do you send paint?
European Economic Community countries.
If you want to buy from another country, you can contact us, YOU CAN SEND YOUR TRANSPORTATION AGENCY TO COLLECT THE MATERIAL TO OUR FACTORY in SPAIN.
2.- How long do shipments take?
Spain: Between 3 and 7 working days (Depending on the shipping location) We are in Zaragoza.
Islands: Between 5 and 15 working days.
CEE countries outside Spain: Between 5 and 10 working days.
3.- How do I know the actual cost of shipping?
In the beginning, before you register, the program takes out a shipping amount that is not real, (it is estimated) since the actual cost of the shipment will be calculated by the shopping cart, once you register, depending on the shipping location and the total weight thereof. (The populations closest to our factory in Zaragoza will be cheaper than the farthest ones)

4.- Do you accept cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery payments are accepted, with a commission of 6% of the total amount, which is the amount charged to us by the transport agency for charging.

5.- What should I do if I want to return a product?
You have 15 days to return the products, unless they are colors as in that case they cannot be returned.

7.- How can I see the price of my PURCHASE PURCHASE, WITHOUT VAT and the actual postage if I want to BUY FROM CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA OR MELILLA?
If you register in our online paint shop, you will automatically get the prices without VAT, if you want to buy from the Canary Islands. Ceuta or Melilla.
Shipping includes customs processing at the port of the peninsula, but will not include processing at the customs of your island, or the expenses of the Canary Islands taxes (these expenses must be paid in customs, before they send you the material )
8.- How can I see the TECHNICAL DATA SHEET AND THE PERFORMANCE of a PRODUCT?
When you enter the product, (not in the category, but in the product sheet where you see the tabs to choose the size, color, and add to the shopping cart)
If you go under the ADD TO SHOPPING CART button, you will see that there are several tabs
MORE PRODUCT INFORMATION ...... It gives you detailed product information, where to use it, how to use it, etc ...
TECHNICAL DATA SHEET / PERFORMANCE ..... In this tab, you can see the performance, the drying and repainting times, the solvent with which the material is diluted or the application accessories are cleaned.
RELATED PRODUCTS ..... In this tab, you will have links to the solvents used by the material, or possible related products that you may need.
