HOW DO I HAVE TO APPLY THE ADDITIVE OF GLASS FIBER ALCALI RESISTANT ANTI FISURAS, FOR CONCRETE OR MORTARS?
The AR fiberglass cut wires are generally used at a low dosage level to prevent cracking and improve the performance of concrete, floors, plasters and other special mortar mixtures.
It is easily incorporated into the matrix by generating a large number of well-distributed reinforcing fibers from a small amount of product.
Our AR glass fibers can be added to wet concrete in a mixing plant or directly in the concrete mixer truck.
Alkali resistant glass fibers do not protrude on the surface and do not require any additional finishing process. The reinforcement is incorporated in the concrete mada and is invisible on the finished surface.
HOW MANY ADDITIVES ARE ANTIFIXES FOR CONCRETE, CUT FIBERGLASS THREADS, WHAT DO I HAVE TO USE? DOSAGE
PERFORMANCE: 600 GR / M3
A dosing calculation must be carried out according to the characteristics of the subsoil, the dynamic and static stresses that this foundation will have to endure.
It will also influence the amount of glass fiber for concrete to add, the thickness of the slab or tile, the type of concrete we use or the compaction of the subsoil.
Approximately, the fiberglass for concrete or mortar, will be dosed at a rate of 600 gr for each cubic meter (1lb / cu.yd) of concrete for the control of cracking by plastic shrinkage.
WHY USE THIS ADDITIVE ANTIFISURES FOR CONCRETE OR HYDRAULIC MORTARS?
When the concrete is poured, the aggregates begin to settle due to gravity forcing the water to the surface.
By adding the secondary additive of CUT GLASS FIBERGLASS, the settling process is altered, because millions of uniformly dispersed fibers produce an internal support system that prevents the precipitation of solids.
The micro fissures or cracks, induced by the effort, are bridged by the cut glass fibers, and thus the propagation of cracks, fissures or cracks is stopped.
This allows the concrete to reach the strength and integrity for which it was designed.
PACKAGING AND STORAGE OF THE CUTTED THREADS OF GLASS FIBER FOR CONCRETE
The cut yarns are packaged in individual plastic or paper bags.
Cut fiberglass AR yarns should be stored away from heat and hue.
The best conditions are:
Temperature between 15ºC and -35ºC
Humidity between 35% and -65%
If the cut fiberglass yarns are stored at lower temperatures, it is recommended to condition it in the workshop at least 24 hours before use, to avoid condensation.

The fibers are manufactured according to a Quality Management System approved for ISO 9001.
The fibers comply with the safety standards according to the European Directive 99/45 / EC, 67/548 / EEC and its latest tool.
The son cut AR, is subject to evaluation and independent approval in Germany (Zulassung No. Z-3.72.1731)

Lo explica muy bien, un producto muy recomendable la verdad, yo lo utilice para evitar las grietas por las vibraciones y muy buen resultado.
No se me ha agrietado el cemento aplicado en la soelra.
Prevención fisuras en el cemento
Me ha sido muy útil para prevenir fisuras en una zona donde siempre se me producían fisuras y tra aplicar este producto junto con el cemento, ya no han vuelto a aparecer.
